Select mortgage length from drop-down menu.
Press the calculate button.
The payment and interest amounts will appear in their respective boxes.
To start over press the reset button and repeat the process.
To check the amortization off the loan, press the amortize button. A new window will open and the amortization schedule for the loan amount entered will appear.
